Breasts may loose shape due to pregnancy, with age or due to weight loss. To restore youthful firmness and shape a mastopexy or breast lift is required. The procedure provides rejuvenated, more youthful breasts with enhanced female contours.

The surgeon will make small incisions and remove excess skin and tissue, and tighten the surrounding skin. The nipple is then repositioned to a more natural level and breast reshaped. In patients with associated volume loss a breast implant can simultaneously be inserted to give more projection and volume.

The operation is performed under a general anaesthesia and a hospital stay of upto 48 hrs is usually required.
